Proposals accepted: After August 1
Proposal Deadline: November 1
Proposal Review: January - February
Agency Site Visits: February - March
Agency Notification: April
Application Process

1. Get a Women’s Care Foundation Grant Application.

a. Contact Women’s Care Foundation by mail
(P.O. Box 726; Portland, Oregon 97207)
to request an application, or

b. Download the Women’s Care Foundation application here: WCF Grant Application.pdf.

2. Complete the two-page application and include:

_____ the organization’s determination letter from the Internal Revenue Service granting Section 501(c)(3) status

_____ list of current Board members

_____ list of funding sources (including fundraising events and major contributors)

_____ budget for this project

_____ current agency budget with year to date figures

_____ last fiscal year-end financial statement

3. Submit the application and attachments between August 1st and November 1st to:

4. Site visits are conducted for all proposers who comply with Women’s Care Foundation guidelines.
