Pension Protection Act of 2006 Materials

The IRS has issued interim guidance on the application of new tax provisions under the Pension Protection Act of 2006 that affect supporting organizations, donor advised funds, and private foundations that make grants to supporting organizations; comments on the guidance are due by February 1, 2007.
