McKenzie River Gathering New Blog!
My New Blog: Social Change in Oregon
* A note from McKenzie River Gathering Executive Director.
“As part of my work, I get to travel the state, and I have a great opportunity to learn about what’s going on across Oregon’s progressive movement. I’ll listen for stories of local developments you may not hear about where you live, but that you’ll want to know about. A big area of interest for me is the relationship between philanthropy—both foundations and individual donors—and activism. So in my new blog, Social Change in Oregon, I’ll pay special attention to new trends in philanthropy that I think might interest you, whether you’re a group that’s looking for funding or you personally are looking for ways to make the money you give make a difference”.
