MAILING CHANGES in 2010!

We are going PAPERLESS!!!

Beginning in January 2010 all program notifications will be sent via email and will be listed on the this website in the Event Calendar.

*If you have changed your email address and/or would like to update your contact information, please email (JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) so we may provide you with timely email notifications on our upcoming programs.

*If you do not use email and/or prefer to receive hard copy mailings, please call (503.226.6340) or email ((JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)) and request to be kept on a hard mailing list.

Based off member feedback regarding our current mailing system we found that most members used email notifications and/or the website to gather information on our programs.  Therefore, we have decided to roll out a significant change to our mailing practices…

PROGRAM MATERIAL AS WELL AS QUARTERLY NEWSLETTERS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED VIA EMAIL AND OUR WEBSITE ONLY.  WE WILL NO LONGER MAIL HARD COPIES.

We are eager to make this transition as we feel this change will reduce unnecessary mailings and repetitive notifications.  Every effort will be made to ensure our online Event Calendar is up to-date and that mail notifications go out in a timely manner.  We hope all our members are excited about this change, however, if you rarely use email and/or prefer to receive hard copy mailings, let us know and we will continue to mail hard copies to those that request it.

Thank you in advance for your encouragement, feedback, and support as we transition to a paperless form of mailings.
