Governor’s Reset Committee
Doug Stamm of Meyer Memorial Trust has served on the Governor’s Reset Committee over the past year. Serving on this committee has given him a greater understanding of the challenges facing Oregon for the next decade and a richer understanding of the budget and key state run programs including health and human services, public education, and public safety. If you are interested in learning more, please see the attached documents, a headline article in Saturday’s Oregonian as well as a Preliminary Report.
A final report is due at the end of June and should serve as a lightening rod for the next legislative session and upcoming governor’s race.
