Announcing the New M. J. Murdock Charitable Trust Trustee: Jeffrey T. Grubb
Mr. Grubb currently serves as Executive Vice President and Senior Managing Director, Mountain Northwest Region, for Wells Fargo Bank. He is a graduate of Stanford University with a B.A. in Economics and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
Prior to joining Wells Fargo in November of 2005, Mr. Grubb was the Regional CEO of the Pacific Northwest Region at U.S. Trust. From 2002 to 2005, Mr. Grubb was also President and CEO of CTC Consulting, a U.S. Trust subsidiary. Preceding his time with U.S. Trust, Mr. Grubb was an Executive Vice President and Manager of Private Financial Services at U.S. Bank and prior to that, a Division President with Progressive Insurance.
Mr. Grubb has been an active leader in both business and community organizations. His wide‐ranging interests have included Columbia Willamette Goodwill, Social Venture Partners Portland, the Portland Art Museum, and the World Affairs Council of Oregon. He has served on the advisory boards of several small companies, the executive committee of the Initiative for Global Development, and the Leadership Council for Northwest Business for Culture and the Arts. He is a former Chairman for the Oregon Young Presidents Organization, Social Venture Partners Portland, and the Portland Angel Network and vice chairman for the Oregon Symphony. He is a former board member for Junior Achievement, Portland State University Business School Advisory Council, and the Oregon Entrepreneurs Network. He is a leader in World Vision’s Oregon Micro‐Enterprise Investor Council and an elder with Sunset Presbyterian Church. He and his wife, Sandy, residents of Vancouver, Washington, have three sons, Chris, Matthew, and Peter.
Mr. Grubb will begin as a Trustee on July 1, 2010.
